How many sessions will my tattoo take?

Depends on the tattoo! Smaller tattoos are done in one session. Larger tattoos are generally 1-3 sessions but I work at a very efficient pace. I like to get a lot done for my clients given time and budget. I know good tattoos are sometimes expensive. I like my clients to leave feeling they got every cent worth out of their tattoo cost and experience getting a custom tattoo.

If you have a budget it is best to let me know beforehand. We will do our best to accommodate your budget. I do my best to watch our hourly sessions. This does not mean I will lower my rates. It means I will be very efficient with our time and progress.

If it is in my wheelhouse then yes! Tattoos are only turned down if they are in a different direction than my expertise; in which I will gladly recommend another artist fitted for the job!

Do you do cover ups?

Generally it is by Case to Case bases! Some tattoos require a little laser removal to aid in better results and more options that will work for a cover up. How dark and where the tattoo is at is a big factor as well. Do you want another mess? We can not just go over a tattoo, there's more to it than meets the eye!

What bothers you as a tattooer, lets say, during the process?

Nit pick clients, bossy, unrealistic with how many things they need in their tattoo, clients who don't sit well and are always lifting to look at the progress of their tattoo, clients who change their mind or add things half way through a sleeve or clients who try and nickle and dime the cost! There are more but we try to focus on the positive vibes and good energy! It’s about the experience and final tattoo results! Just be chill and open minded, It is art! It takes patience and time to do our job.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

I enjoy seeing clients light up over our creations and hear about all the positive the tattoo has brought them through the process to the final result! Hearing that people stop them all the time to compliment them or say something Super cool about their tattoo! They are walking around with my original! I don't get a copy! I take a really nice healed picture to remember our adventure! We have one chance to do this right and have it look awesome 20 years down the road!
